You will need a few props today. You can use a set of light weights (1-5 lbs) and a heavy weight (8-15 lbs - or simply hold your two light weights). Also either a yoga block or a ball or towel.
I hope you enjoy this class, it is a moderate paced Barre class - working our legs, back, chest, and triceps.
