Strength No Repeats, Strength, Weights, Towel, Full Body
For today's class you can grab a small towel and some weights. I used my 20, 15 and 12's for reference. We're doing a no repeat class with 45 seconds on and 20 seconds off in between, this means the transitions are quick, so pause me if it's too fast for you! I wish I had that option sometimes! ;)
