Grab some light weights for this Barre class - I used my 2lbs and recommend something not much heavier than that! We’re working shoulders, legs, triceps, abs, hips - the whole body really! You’ll want something to hold onto for a bit of balance work, and take breaks as needed. Bare feet is best for this type of class if you can! Great job on week 1 everyone! Take a stretch class if you’re feeling super tight, and be sure to get some rest this weekend!
