This is a total body barre class, lots of focus on upper body, core, glutes and legs. You will need a chair even if you don't normally use one because we're doing some bridge lifts from the chair. Use a rolled up towel to make it softer under your heels. If you prefer, you can keep your feet on the floor! You will also use a medium or light weight. Hope you enjoy this class - I did!
