Happy Monday! We’re kicking it off with a no repeat class. 20 exercises, 45 seconds on 20 off. There are a few exercises where you can put a book or lighter weight under your heel for an elevated effect, and there is one exercise that you can use a chair to burpee back off. Not really much cardio today but lots of leg and arm work! 💪
For reference, I used 12, 15 and 20 lbs.
