This is a total body class, just using weights and a chair. I ended up using my 15 and 12 lbs throughout, but I forgot to grab a lighter weight for the sit-up move. You might want to have something lighter for that! Format today is 3 circuits, 3 exercises per circuit, repeating twice. Hope you enjoy country! ;)
