General Modifications: 1. Decrease or drop your weights - use body weight 2. Modify your range and/or reps 3. Change your tempo 4. Use props to change your angle (Chair, bench, yoga block etc) More specific mods: Knees - 5:24 Low Back - 8:23 Neck & Shoulders - 10:54 Wrists - 13:03 If you can't kneel - 14:15 I hope this helps you to have a successful challenge!
